Its origins
The Taurasi comes from the Aglianico vine left to age for 3 years and then left to rest in wooden barrels for about 18 months.
From the name of the bull, mythical animal, leader of the tribe of the "taurasini", who went to occupy the Samnite city leaving the name Taurasi, where today the prestigious wine.
How to serve the Torero
It is recommended to serve it in combination with dishes based on meat, game and aged cheeses.
The serving temperature recommended is 18° C.
