Its origins
Imported into Italy by the Greek colonizers it is cultivated on the slopes of Vesuvius, in the current municipality "tufo", in the province of Avellino, so called for the presence of tuff volcanic rock.
How to serve the Admiral
It is recommended to serve it in combination with roasted fish, seafood first courses and seafood.
The serving temperature recommended is 8°-10° C.
